These days, many families have cats as pets.
All of these pet cats originated from Felis Silvestris Lybica Cats,
which spread throghout Africa, Southern Europe, and India.
Specifically, wild cats from Libya, located in northern Africa, were domesticated by ancient Egyptians
about 5,000 years ago and gradually spread to many parts of th world.
This is reliable with the discovery of cats and cat mummies painted on ancient Egyptian murals.
According to The International Cat Association (TICA), there are about 71 officially recognized cat breeds (as of 2018).
The breeds of cats are divided mainly based on their appearance.
There are differences in fur length, color, pattern,
and eye color by variety. Below is a list of representative cat breeds by country.
"Cats are liquids."
It is true that cats can move their bodies more flexibly and freely because people have 33 vertebrae while cats have 53.
Surprisingly, French scholar Marc-Antoine Fardin proved the theory of cat liquid based on modern rheology,
and based on this, he even published a paper called On the theology of cat.
He argues that cats are viscous fluids. He received the 2017 Nobel Prize in Physics for this thesis and even gave
lectures on this content on Ted Talk .
"A liquid is a material that takes the shape of its container whle maintaining a constant volume. This is the official dfinition of a liquid.
And we see in numerous cases, that cats seem to fit this definition pretty well. They adapt their shape to their container."
